Hi

I am wondering if there is a way to have 1 voice mail message for Lunch Break and one for Out of hours?

yes , it's up to you to register your message in each status you want to use. you also need to set hours and pause to autoswitch status and deliver the right message in the good time.

Hi, thank you for your response, can you advise me or point me in the right direction as to where to do this?

I am still battling to get this to work.

So here is my setup.

I have setup global office hours.

I have setup inbound rules to say that when a call comes in during certain hours thing goto ring group 1 if out of hours goto "out of hours voice mail"

For ring group x, i have said that it should ring 10 times and after that goto ring group y.
In ring group y, it will ring 15 times and then goto voice mail "full queue"

I have 2 voicemail extensions.
Out of hours voice mail
and
Full Queue voice mail.

I have set forwarding rules in both to try to get this to work, however, it does not. It goes to full queue when nobody answers during office hours, but goes to out of hours for both lunch time and out of office hours.

I hope i have given enough info for someone to assist.

Thanks

You may be overriding your existing RG rules due to the Inbound rules.

For example, if the inbound rules dictate "out of hours voice mail" then the call will never hit the RG, so nothing applied to the RG will be in effect.

Would you like to share screenshots of the rules schedules and the Global schedule?
