Difficulty with configuration of GWX 410X and 3CX

Hello,

I have a very hard time configuring GXW 410X 8 ports with 3CX.
i followed the pdf provided from grandstream GXW 4104 to configure the gateway with no luck, i dont know what i'm missing.

After the provisionning step, the gateway restart after that it restart again then it show on the Unconditional Call Forward the Following line : ch1:000000;ch2:000001;ch3:000002;ch4:0000003;ch5-7:

In the 3CX configuration provisionning i choose 4104 since 410x dont exist
I tried the generic method with no luck, and the color on the trunk still red,
help plz.
