I have a Grandstream GXW4104 connected for the PSTN gateway and one incoming line connected to an FXO port. I have the digital receptionist configured and all works well except if the dial in user hangs up the incoming line without selecting an extension. When the PSTN dial in line is hung up without choosing an extension the FXO port does not hang up. Rebooting the gateway creates a flood of UDP packets occurs between the gateway and 3CX server between ports 7106 and 5006. To correct the problem requires restarting the 3CX services.

As suggested in these forums, I have added a message to the digital receptionist recording to press # to hang up as a work around, but have no guarantee the person dialing in will do this and the line is inaccessible until the services are restarted.

Anyone else experiencing this or is there something I may have configured wrong?
