I configured the calls to go to digital receptionist voicemail. I can’t seem to find a way to listen to those voicemails from an extension. They do get delivered to my email, but I can’t even find a way to redirect them to my staff emails, not to mention to delete after listening.
Am I missing something? Voicemail is marked ( in this case) as 801 (digital receptionist extension)

DR's don't have VM, do you mean a call group?

Voicemails to a CG are only in the email - every member of the CG gets a copy of the email. They are not stored on the 3CX server.

It’s actually a queue voicemail. It only goes to main email address I guess.

Normally you would do this by dialing the VM number (999?), then pressing # when asked to enter your PIN, then the desired VM extension number (and PIN), when asked. If it is not being stored against an extension VM, then I guess this method will be invalid.

There is no extension in 800 range. It is a voicemail of a queue

Queue voicemails work the same as CG's...

Post a screenshot of your settings in the queue if this doesn't answer your question.

As you can see from the screenshot, DR 802, when selecting option 2 transfers the call to 801 voicemail, which is a queue. I attached the screenshot of the call handling screen that shows that

So in that case, the agents of 801 (all of them) will get an email with the voicemail attached to their email address.

It's not stored in the system, it's just in the email.

You change the email address by changing the address assigned to the user.

Thank you. I will change to calling group. This way retrieval is single handed. general voicemail with extension notification was the great option in Fortivoice. I guess, it's not in 3CX

Ring Groups and calls work the same way here.

Only an extension itself has what you want, so what you can do is as follows:

1. Make a dummy extension
2. Set the email address to a distribution list
3. Set the notification to notify only
4. People dial in to hear messages and delete them when done.

The limits of group voicemail are discussed here:
