i have a client that would like to set up a digital assistant for their main line to direct calls to separate practices.

another company running 3cx in the same building has the same feature and the IT guy that set it up told me that he created the prompts using an inbuilt feature of 3cx but i cannot find any guides on how to actually do this.

just to clarify further because i know you can create your own prompts using your own voice but this is not what i am looking to do. its to use the inbuilt verbal prompts on the system to create a digital assistant that says a custom sentence.

Thank you for any help.

Hi,

What you described is not doable because of the limited pre-recorded verbal prompts, so he may have been referring to the Call Flow Designer that is available in Pro / Enterprise editions.

This is an advanced tool that allows you to create custom call flows with text to speech amongst a lot of other things.

https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/call-flow-designer-manual/

thank you very much.
