Digital Receptionist_set up voice mail for the prompt

My automated attendant has more than one prompt going to one extension.

How do I set up a voice mail for the prompt and not the extension? i.e. sales is prompt 2 and admin is prompt 5 but both go to ext 102..

The vmail message for prompt 2 should be different than the vmail message for prompt 5

Hi @Les Saland,

You need to create 2 extensions for that, so you have 2 different voice mail boxes.
