Disable 3cx Phonebook

Hi,

I am using V15

Is it possible to disable the 3cx company phonebook.

I enabled the Do not show extension in 3CX company phonebook option but the extensions still can be found in the phonebook.

I am afraid there is no way to disable the phonebook completely. Enabling the option to not show extensions in phonebook that you mentioned should work though. Make sure that you update the company phonebook on your ip phones.

You can also post this as a feature request to our ideas section of the forum where it can be upvoted by other users and evaluated by the appropriate departments.

Hi,

If you use Yealink phones then go to “Directory > Remote Phone Book” and remove “Remote URL” and “Display Name”.
The phonebook is now disabled/removed on that particular phone.
If this is OK than you also can make changes in the template to prevent showing the phonebook.
