Disable inbound route name from displaying in CID

Hi,

Is there a way to only disable inbound route names from being added to the CID? It's completely useless to see the name of the route AND the queue name. I do still need to display the queue name though so disabling all of it from Contacts > Options is not an option.

Yes that's what I've done which makes management more confusing. I was hoping there was a better option.

There should be an option within the rule to either attach the name or better yet, a field that will allow you put whatever string you want. Thereby, making the "Name" field just organizational.

Yes, that's what I meant in the first sentence of my first post. The blanket coverage of those 3 unique routing points is silly restriction.

Vicious circle Only because that was the only other option than removing the did or group name. Lol.
There are requests in the idea forum to have a comment field in Dids and groups and queue to say what they are and doesn’t show anywhere except the console.

Well you can see the destination on the inbound rules page so that helps slightly but I agree. Unfortunately there isn't a fix for this currently other than playing the idea section lottery.
