Hi,

is it possible to disable the function that when hitting the call key the last called number automatically is inserted? It happens ~1000 times a day that after a call both callers want to hit the "end call" key, but for the slower one it loads the last number then. And sometimes it is even called.

This happens to us at least in the iPhone app and the Chrome extension.

Thanks

Hi @Sepultura,

This is not an option that can be deactivated. Most mobile devices have the same feature built in that when you hit the green dial button, it displays the last dialled number.

I suggest connecting with a 3CX Partner to escalate the option to disable the dial button's last dialled number, to the Ideas Forum if it hasn't been asked for before.

Hi,

you are right. Just tested with iOS. The reason why I've never noticed this probably is that when calling from native iOS it returns to the screen you've been before (e.g. the addressbook), while the 3CX app always returns to the numpad. So there it's very likely that one hits the call icon instead of the "end call" icon, because he was a bit late.

Correct, and they'd need to hit it twice to make the call. They'll just need to be a little more careful.
