Aside from the current available option, how else can a user be prevented from accessing the 3CX app.
- If I select "Block Remote Tunnel Connections (3CX App connections with Tunnel enabled & SBC will be blocked)" my understanding is their phone won't be able to connect when it's behind an SBC.

My particular customer is cloud based with multiple users across three sites. The SBC is required to ensure there are no audio issues.

Allowing the individual user access to the app really allows for fine tuning configuration of the service. If this could be an added feature in a future update that would be fantastic.

Any suggestions you have would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

What do you mean by 3CX apps - windows application , mobile applications. If so these applications do not use the SBC server, they connect directly to the 3CX via the 3cx tunnel

The only devices that use the SBC are physical phones.

Yes the physical phones use the SBC. Yes i'm looking to disable the applications, but blocking tunnel access on an extension also blocks SBC access for that extension. Since the phone connects through the SBC using the 3CX tunnel would that not block the phone the user's extension is assigned to from using the 3cx tunnel via SBC?

Don't give them the QR code/web client password?
