We would like to disable automatic phone firmware update. The devices are handed over by the distributor using the latest localized (Hungarian) software that we cannot obtain from other sources. The 3CX control panel loads firmware that does not speak hungarian into your phone during setup. We want to prevent this. How to disable firmware update for yealink phone?

3CX is not applying automatic FWU, so you should have no problems, you just have red lines on phones with unsupported (obsolete) firmware.

The system will show you the phones in red when the firmware is out of date, but you have to initiate the firmware upgrade yourself.

Just keep in mind that if you are using unsupported firmware we are not able to guarantee the phones will behave correctly as we tested them with our supported firmware.

The firmware version - i hope - is will be supported, but only the messeges language different. (But, i am not sure.)
