Disappearing Buttons

I had a customer today 'lose' all the programmable buttons (BLF - Directed Pickup - etc) on all their phones (Yealink 42G & 46G). This system is running V12 and the phone firmware is current. I looked thru the server logs from close of business yesterday to this morning and nothing jumps out as to why this happened.
In the past an extension here and there would do the same but this time it was a system wide occurance.
Any help will be appreciated.

Are you using standalone or Cloud? and are you using SBC?

I also have a 3cx server with v12 and a SBC at the remote office. At this remote office the BLF lights are not lit either ??

Hi TL,

We are aware of the issue, and we are awaiting response from Yealink.

We have several Yealink T4X series phones remote to the server (using a 3rd party cloud sbc) and have not run into any of these issues.
