Unsupported DNAKE C112R Doorbell provisioning

We are using a DNAKE C112R video-doorbell. It should be the same configuration as Fanvil i61. We tried to connect it but the provisioning doesn't work. Does anyone have experience with this doorbell?

Hello alexw82,

How is the setup, local 3CX, in the Cloud server or free 3CX setup.
Do you use a SBC or local LAN, using VLAN ?
Can you find the Phone Device at the Phones list under PNP devices?
Does the unit have the up-to-date firmware?
What device model/name doe you see under the phones list (Fanvil i61 or DNAKE C112R)?
Keep in mind that 3CX does not support this device!
So this could mean, you need to set it up manually.

We are using 3CX Cloud Server
We have a SNOM D865 router phone as SBC
Firmware should be up-to-date
in the phones list we have selected Fanvil i61 because it should be compatible with DNAKE C112R. There is no DNAKE device listed

You probably need to provision it manually by giving it the provisioning file URL or editing its config directly. No matter how compatible, it might not be able to fetch provisioning URLs from Fanvil's servers.
