DND BLF not working

Wow, so this has been an issue for 4.5 years now. Surely there's a way! Do you think it's complicated? Or would it just be a matter of the phone sending a status update / presence update to 3CX? Didn't someone in this thread already confirm that it's supported by Yealink?

Sorry for the late reply. As Cobaltit said, it's not looking good. The problem isn't the phone - yealink t48s can show DND on it. The problem is 3CX doesn't send anything to the phone that it understands to show that.

To be fair, I'm not sure DND has a well defined status code to send, so monitoring via BLF may be harder. I could be very wrong on this.

You could, with some programming, write an app that reads dnd from 3cx presence then sends a busy status to 3CX (phone would show busy not DND) if you had the time/money/knowledge.
