DND for group

hi team
we have 2 ring groups A & B, group A is the main group to receive any calls, is it possible for a member from group A by pressing the DND button to transfer the call to group B when we receiving a call ?.

Hello @Ragheed

This is not possible as the other Ring Group members will still be able to receive calls so setting one extension that is part of the Ring Group to DND will not send the call to Ring group B.
You could however set a dummy extension before Ring Group A and have all calls forwarded through that extension. For example when that extension is Away all calls forward to Ring Group A. Set that extension to DND and all calls would forward to Ring Group B.
