Ever since v14 SP3, some of our Cisco phones are randomly getting stuck in DND. I've noticed that when you set DND on the phone, it now announces it and actually puts it in DND on the system and not just locally on the phone itself like before, which is good. The problem I've run into is that phones that go into DND this way sometimes do not come back to Available status when the button is pressed. Any ideas why this might be happening or how to fix it?
