DNS NAPTR with SRV - 3cx Failover

Was wondering if anyone has successfully used DNS NAPTR with SRV? We currently are trying to set up a failover (active/passive) of our 3cx system. We have implemented NAPTR with SRV and deployed to a test phone, but the phone can only receive calls. Phone cannot make any calls outbound or to other extensions. Trying to figure of why. Currently use Yealink T48s. Attached is the guide we are using to try and implement this.

Any suggestions?

Just done a packet capture, when trying to dial to another extension and received "SIP Status 603 error." It is showing the correct DNS name of our SIP server a "Warning 499 Caller is Forbidden." Any idea why our 3cx server is forbidding the call?

Which logs? If you are referring to call logs, then it doesn't show any of the outbound calls for that phone.

the 3CXPhones do not follow SRV record. They expect an A record for the PBX. NAPTR is also not needed for SRV, NAPTR determines if a client should look for TLS, TCP or UDP and in which order the "destination" likes it. The PBX it self uses it to connect to VoIp Providers...
