Do I really need to open 5001? Which ports for communication within network?

Hi,

the way I understand it I have to forward port 5090 for remote connections via the tunnel, but 5001 is also required to get presence information? That is slightly annoying and possibly unsafe, is there no way of avoiding opening port 5001?

I have several VLANs, which ports are required for the communication between the Windows client / webclient and the 3cx server?

So forwarding ports required for things to work is slightly annoying? Not sure I follow that logic. If you are concerned that it's the same port for the admin console, you can restrict admin console access by IP.
