Do Not reference "in office" anywhere when 3CX is hosted

3CX references "in office" for links to reports, webclient, etc.

when a 3CX is hosted, there should never be any reference to "in office" Vs. "out of office" for links, downloads, webclient, even 3CX client.

Hosted systems are never on the LAN.

Users don't understand this differentiation and it's confusing.

Lastly, tweaking email templates repeatedly is not practical.

This is a good point, a simple "Is this system hosted" and/or a check for the common hosting platforms (OVH, AWS, GCP, etc) during the initial Text/Web setup could easily take care of this. A separate set of templates that don't reference "in office" at all could be utilized instead.

A simple checkbox in Settings, PBX or Network would be sufficient - and then add an IF to the email templates.
