DOD - Number

Hi Guys,


I just wanted to know, where to set DOD in 3cx?
I'm going to integrate my 3cx to SIP Trunk, sip trunk need to know what telephone number use when dialing out. To make the outbound call be successful.

Please make sure that you are using a supported provider that has a template ready within the PBX.

If the provider supports it you can set an outbound caller ID under extension settings or under the trunk settings.

We install 3cx professional 15.5 and we used SIP Trunk for the trunklines.
The inbound is ok, but the outbound isn't ok.
What the SIP Trunk provider need to know is what number that 3cx use when dialing out.
Where can we set the pilot number? For the SIP Trunk knows what number that 3cx use when dialing out.

You set the Caller ID in the SIP Trunk on the Caller ID tab.
You can also set it in each extension's configuration if you want to override the CID setting for the trunk.
