Does 3CX supports streaming forwarding?

Does 3CX supports streaming forwarding? I'm trying to interconnect a "video" (at least audio) doorbell Hikvision to our 3CX PABX, so when people ring our bell, we can "audio" answer it through our SIP phones.

Hikvision's support asked us if 3CX supports "streaming forwarding". Does anyone know it?

I've google it and looked through this forum and found no answer regarding this term "streaming forwarding".

If the Hikvision device supports sip, create an account of 3CX. Using the settings, configure the sip settings with the Hikvision device (this has to be done manually)

You will find somewhere on the device, what happens when someone press button on the doorbell - you can call a standalone extension or a ring group.

If both devices support the same video codec, you should also see the video from the doorbell.

i truly appreciate your answer. Apparently, Hikvision is having some trouble with SIP, when i enabled it on the device and monitored it with wireshark using port mirroring on the Hikvision's switch port, we see no traffic from the device to our 3CX server or anywhere else using SIP.

Only traffic to the internet. It seems some bug on Hikvision device and/or SIP is not yet functional.

Their support asked me about this streaming forwarding thing and i participated on some basic and advanced trainings and i've been supporting and installing 3CX for a couple years, but i have not crossed by this term "streaming forwarding", 'thou my expertise is deeper within routing/switching and networking appliances, i'm doing my best to learn VoIP as well. At the moment, is not possible to reach support, therefore i came here for help.

Unless the device supports SIP, the answer is no unfortunately..
