Normally, all our IP phones are in the same office on same LAN. I removed one phone to move to a different office, miles away. Able to get the phone up and running and make calls successfully, but the shared parking feature doesn't seem to work. I will have an active call. Press the DSS key/Line key that is supposed to put the call in SP1 (shared parking slot 1) for anyone else to pickup. The phone screen doesn't seem to indicate that there is a held call (no indicator light) in that SP. The person on the other end of the call feels as though they are on hold, but the call is essentially lost and I don't know how to pick it back up again.
On the phone screen (Yealink T46U), it looks like the SP indicator shows that it hasn't registered or something -- green phone handset icon next to a red X. I assume this means some sort of connection/registration hasn't occurred.
What am I missing here?
