Does Standard Paging conflict with Maximum Concurrent Calls?

I have a question, I have six IP Phones (x4 Yealink T21P E2's, x1 Yealink T31P, x1 Cisco 7821) and I'd like to page through all of the phones. The 3CX License I am currently using limits the PBX to four concurrent calls only, and based on my understanding, the PBX has to make separate calls to each phone for the page. Will the page be able to bypass the maximum call cap or would it fail? Please let me know, thanks. I am also looking into implementing Multicast Paging.

When I page my paging group with 6+ phones I am seeing in the concurrent calls 6/4 The page completes as it should but I want to make sure this will not be an issue. The reason I am asking is I have a multiple-site environment where they currently have two separate pbx units. I do not want to setup two instances and bridge them as then the BLF functions will not be available. I will have a large number of clients apx 90+ and will upgrade my license accordingly to handle the load but when I am using SIP speakers for rooms and will set these up in a paging group I cannot have it limit the number of calls for incoming call purposes. I realize I could use multicast but I feel I need to understand this.

I am now just diving down the paging rabbit hole and had the same thing happen to me.

We were just tasked with setting up emergency paging in 4 different cities with 7 different buildings using one on-prem server with numerous SBCs where appropriate. In our smaller locations it seems like standard paging will work, but some of our larger building have 30-100 people in them. When testing a 25 extension paging group our simultaneous call limit immediately maxed out, as we had a few active calls going on at the time as well. Numerous phones in the paging group remained silent and I'm not sure if that was a limitation of standard paging/networking or lack of multicast.

It seems pretty evident that we'll have to go through the daunting process of setting up every phone in the company on separate multicast groups manually with essentially zero clue on how to do this.
