Please show me how to make a dongle link with 3cx

You will have to provide a bit more information I'm afraid.

A "Dongle" is used to describe a USB device of some sort.

So you are using a 3G wireless USB adapter, in a computer, to do what? Are you trying to run the 3CX PBX on that computer, or are you running the 3CX Windows phone?

I want to connect 3g usb with one extension which will help me get calls from outside to my softphone through that extension. It's kind of like connect to gsm

If you have the USB 3G adapter, then you must first get it working on the computer so that you have an internet connection, in the same way you would if connected using Wifi. The device you are using should have come with instructions, and any required drivers. Once you have internet connectivity, you can install, and provision the 3CX Windows softphone.

As leejor has said, you would setup the 3G dongle on your computer/laptop to give it internet access then install the 3CX Windows Softphone etc

You can't connect the dongle itself to 3CX, it will only give your computer/laptop internet access, over which the 3CX Windows Softphone will run. You will then setup the Softphone to register as your extension (as detailed in the 3CX instructions).

You have to use 3G Data only, you cannot use any voice services offered on the SIM. Once Data is enabled, you can then use the 3CX Phone running on your computer.
