Door Entry - Video Call typing DTMF codes

We have an 2N door entry system which has video call function, Using the windows 3CX client we are able to answer the call, see the video and have an two way conservation.

What we have not worked out, how to dial dtmf codes to open the door - can someone help

Not sure of the question nor which model of 2N device. Are you asking which code, which DTMF, which switch setting, etc? 2N has a faq that may have many of the answers depending on model.

The softphone also has a DTMF setting as some of the 2N products will work with all 3 methods whereas some only inband and sip-info.

The question is to do with the 3CX client app, when answering a video call how do we type dtmf codes within the 3CX client - have not been able to work this out

The door system is working fine, and setup with dtmf codes (works fine using a desk phone)

I deployed something very similar and it comes down to just punching numbers during an active call.

Iirc it is also possible to have the relais triggered just by calling the extension itself, depending on your setup this might be an option.
