Draytek 2800VG - Firewall

Hello All,

I am having a terrible time with getting the firewall on my Draytek router to play with 3CX. Even if i open the ports 3CX needs, setup the computer with a static ip and setup a port redirecting i still get an error 8 / 10 for the ports in the range 9000-9015. The other ports seem not to fail.

Has anyone setup this or a similar draytek router with 3CX. Any tips ?

Hi Alex,
your model have voice function and some port are redirect to itself.
I don't kwnow if this is exactly your problem, but it's very common.
You need to disable all voip service on router an redirect ports in NAT -> Port Redirection or NAT -> Open Ports for multiple.
