Draytel Setup

I am having an issue getting this to work and do appreciate that it is not on the recommended list.


I have set this up as a generic SIP trunk and it has registered no problem. However, when i call the number registered on 3CX, the phone rings and then I get a message that it has not been possible to connect my call, please try again later.


I've got the route calls section set up to route to an extension and the extension is functioning but as soon as it rings on the mobile and then as soon as it rings on the number I am calling, it cuts off.


If I call from the 3CX softphone app to the extension number, the extension rings. If I dial the full phone number from the soft phone, then I get the same issue as para.2 aove.


If I try to ring out from either the soft phone or the extension, then I can.

Have you tried a call to any other type of devices?

The fact that you get this...

...from your provider means, you are not allowed to call that number, the digits you are sending are incorrect (format?), or, perhaps you are sending a caller Id that is not allowed. You might want to contact them, for the quick answer.

Yes, I have tried other devices and I get the same error.

202 is actually a 3CX iPhone app.
