Hello ,

I'm having drop calls after 30-60sec.
Scenario SIP Trunk 3cx-beronet
Error message:

SIP Server/Call Manager ID: 12294
Call or Registration to 049xxxxxx@(Ln.10002@BeroNet IPKO) has failed. 192.168.4.9 replied: 486 BUSY HERE; from IP:192.168.4.9:5060

Thank you

This looks like a call coming into a beroNet - which is normally a PSTN gateway (based on your naming plan). This would in this case rule out it being a Firewall issue (as usual for this sort of fault) - however please confirm as your have said "beroNet SIP Trunk"

If a PSTN line what sort of line is it coming into the gateway - FXO or ISDN BRI/BRI ?

Hello,
Thank you for you replay,
BeroNet is with PSTN - GSM

If you are going out via GSM this should not be an issue (GSM is not that often used in my country).

If you run a trace from 3CX what is the results in the support info file and PCAP:
https://www.3cx.com/docs/collecting-logs-for-3cx-support/
https://www.3cx.com/docs/collecting-logs-for-3cx-support/

Also the beroNet has a very good mechanism for support, you can run the full trace and the dialplan debug:

https://beronet.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PUB/pages/69206174
https://www.beronet.com/understanding-the-beronet-dialplan/

All of this should give you a much better idea of the issue. Are you using a SIP trunk also ? if so when testing ensure that the calls are not going out of the trunk instead - the outbound rules in 3CX will determine this.

Hello eddv123 ,

i enabled the trace on 3cx and in Beronet so later i will sent you the logs maybe you can help me.
Yes i'm using SIP TRUNK and calls are going on trunk that i have created.

Best Regards

Sure, but PM them across via dropbox (or similar) as the files may contain sensitive information and it would not be good practice to post this on a public forum string.
