We have installed the 3cx voip server and are bussy with being an partner.
we are using since today solcon as our primary voip provider, but when i use them for my outgoing route the DTMF seems to go wrong.
the server log shows:
12:46:13.852 MediaServerReporting:
TMFhandler [MS211000] C:42.1: client-phone-ip:57444 is delivering DTMF using RTP payload (RFC2833). In-Band DTMF tone detection is disabled for this call segment.
and the other side is not recieving it, but when i add one of the sip lines om the phone (snom 320) the DTMF is working very well. what can we do about that?
