Duplicate extensions in deskphones

Hi all,

On all of our office phones (Yealink T46) our own extensions take up the first two entries on everyone's BLF buttons. How do we remove these?

We are running V15.5 SP3 on Windows.

Very easy,

Edit the extension under Extensions, click on BLF and change key 1 and 2. This is how you push out, functions to these keys

You can select multiply extension by highlighting the first one, and pressing the shift key when selecting the new extension

Hi Sean Williams,

Kindly be informed that the 2 BLF keys are pre configured based on the default template of the phone. In order to change them a custom template should be used for the phones. Also be informed that in case a ticket is opened with 3CX Support and the phones are provisioned with custom templates you will be asked to re provision at least one phone with the default ones.
