I'm having an issue with phones being registered multiple times (showing duplicates on the phones page).
The same phone seems to be registering over and over again - it has the same MAC, IP, EXT ...etc.
This only happens when the phone transport is set to UDP - it doesn't happen when it is TCP.

I have used unique local sip port and local rtp ports (each phone increments - none of them share the same local sip/rtp ports)

Any help would be appreciated.

- Running V16 Pro Trial on Linux Debian Server hosted at DigitalOcean.
- Firewall check passes on all.
- All phones are Direct SIP (STUN-remote) on the same site (LAN).
- All phones are upgraded to the latest firmware version.
- All phones use the default 3cx templates.
- I've tried factory reset, then re-provision.
- I've tried rebooting the server and phones.
- Issue does not happen when phones use TCP as the transport.
- Issue does not happen on 3CX desktop client and mobile client.
- I've tried deleting all the extensions & phones and having only one extension with one phone - still happens.
