Dynamic IP and provisioning problem

I am using the latest 3cx version 18

I have a problem that every time my IP changes the mobile apps they don't connect.

Tried using dyddns.com but i am not able to figure the problem

Hi Mike,

This will be an issue you cannot really solve with a dynamic IP, it will always happen unless you switch to a static IP.
You can try using the Settings >> Network >> Dynamic option, but that will take some time switch whenever the IP changes, so you will still have some downtime.

Alternatively, you can try hosting 3CX in the cloud and avoid this problem altogether (along with other issues like NAT).

If you're using a 3CX FQDN then an Enterprise license should lower the TTL to 5 minutes (from 6 hours).
