Hi all,
I read multiple topics about this, and none were working correctly.
Last one https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/set-outbound-callerid-by-dialed-prefix.54686/ mention to add a new line key. I do not understand how from a line key, you can change anything dynamically since it static to your extension.

I have a new installation with 16 sets, 1 SIP Trunk account, and 80 different incoming DID.
I tried this one too https://www.3cx.com/docs/multiple-outbound-caller-ids/ without success.

Any solution to either :
- Display the 80 outgoing trunks on BLF where the user could press the wanted one, and just dial the wanted outgoing number, (I tried custom speed dial, but it sends the prefix to the PBX without giving me a chance to dial a number)
- Or dial a prefix and the number ?

I found a work around by adding new trunks, but it's a pain in the butt with the carrier I am using, as I need to create new accounts.

I know lots of you have been through this scenario. I'm open to suggestions ! :)
Thank you all

Add new trunks is the way. If it's a pain with your current carrier, look for another one. IP authenticated trunks are easiest.

So here is the trick for flowroute:

- Setup your trunk account to authenticate with IP for outgoing calls
- In 3CX, setup one main trunk with Authentication / Incoming inbound only
- This main trunk should have all your DIDs under the DID Tab

- For any outbound DID which needs to be used depending on a prefix:
- Setup a trunk account, with authentication setup as IP BASED
- Under DID Tab, enter the trunk DID
- Under Caller ID, put the trunk DID

- In the outbound rules, setup:
- For the main trunk *00 for example in the "calls starting with this prefix"
- Calls to numbers 13 (for ex in the USA, 10 digits + 3 for the prefix)
- Route = Trunk route with the specific ID you need, strip 3 digits, prepend your tech prefix

Repeat the two step above for other trunks with different outgoing DID
