Hi all,

I'm trying to evaluate 3CX and for the most part have it working great but would like to get the integratation with Dynamics 365 working so we can test it.

The documentation at https://www.3cx.com/docs/dynamics-crm-integration/ seems to reference deprecated Azure options and the new interface does not give me even similar options.

Under API-Permissions I can only see "Dynamics-365" and the only permission I can add is "access_as_user"

On trying to [Authorize] I get an error whereby the URL redirect contains...
Code:
Invalid+resource.+The+client+has+requested+access+to+a+resource+which+is+not+listed+in+the+requested+permissions+in+the+client%27s+application+registration.
and the response is...
Code:
Error occured while accessing CRM. Please check log provided.
Started OAuthGetAccessToken
Request text: https://login.microsoftonline.com/{tenant id obscured}/oauth2/token
System.Exception: Unknown expression: code. Part: code.

Any assistance much appreciated.

Hello Tim,

These are the permissions that you need to define for the app you create:

Kind regards.

Thanks very much for this - when I was setting this up yesterday the option for "Dynamics CRM" was not appearing, today it does ¯\(ツ)/¯

This has resolved the issue.

It would be great if the documentation was updated to reflect that...

Cheers, Tim

Thanks for your feedback Tim.

Yes, we know that we need to update the documentation to reflect the latest changes in the Azure portal, we will do it as soon as we can.
