Dynamics 365 with Office 365 Users

The user data of a Dynamics 365 user can only be changed in Office 365. So how can you enter the "Extensions field" in Dynamics? Changes are only possible in Office 365 and there is no "Extensions field"

When creating field "extensions", Dynamics always creates the field with "new_extensions".
