I use flowroute trunking for all of my systems. I upgraded everyone to v20 last week.
Of my 20 or so systems, some are having call handing/routing issues since the v20 upgrade and some are not. It says that phone numbers need to be in the +1XXXXXXXXXX format and that works for some of my systems and others I need to use 1XXXXXXXXXX formatting. Some systems are defaulting every call to the default call handing option in the trunk setting.
How does this make any sense? Everyone is using the same trunk (flowroute), yet the behavior is completely different for different phone systems.
