In our environment there are multiple 3CX clients in the same room all with same ringtone, which may sound confusing when a phone rings.
I understood changing ringtone involves picking up an audio file, convert it to 16 bit, 8000hz mono WAV file, and replace ringtone.wav under C:\ProgramData\3CXPhone for Windows\PhoneApp\Sounds
This procedure seems convoluted. Would it be possible to add an option in the Settings where user could select a different ringtone from a dropdown menu with a stock of built-in ringtones, and the ability to upload a custom ringtone in the most common audio formats, with automatic conversion to whatever format is needed?
