Edit format file reports on Reports Call 3CX

Hello Every body,
I am having problems with 3cx call report, specifically when I export call report. In the column Caller ID in the report, display the extension number and the full name at the same time.
How can I separate this extension from a new column? Who can help me?

Hi @VNG12

The caller ID only comes in the form that you see it.

If you want to separate this you will have to export to CSV instead, and manipulate the file accordingly by using excel for example and split the column by space (try the Text-To-Columns button).

If I want to export the report with more Email column, can I do it on 3CX system?

I look in the system for the value Email on the report template file, can I add an email column so that the report displays this information when exporting?

Can any 3CX technician help me with this problem? I just want to have one more column of email address information in the export report file!

Hi @VNG12

Sorry, I'm not aware of an option for email. The only thing I can think of is to create your own Excel formula to match the extension number with the known email addresses you have in the system. You can export your extensions to easily grab the emails for each ext and then match the columns manually to copy the data over.

So I cannot edit to add 1 Email column when exporting call report?
