Solved Editing a custom template for a GXP2200EXT

Hi All,

Trying to enable a Grandstream expansion module (GXP2000EXT) on a GXP2140 phone using a custom template.

I have copied the template, renamed it then copied the content to Notepad++ to adjust.

What values should I add and where?

Looking to add BLF to a particular EXT named accordingly (firstname lastname)

Is it as simple as adding 1 where %%value2%% shows in this example: <P23000>%%value2%%</P23000>

Hi All,

It turned out that I did not have to modify the template.

Adding BLF to row 15 and below in the extension BLF in the 3CX management console worked.
