I don't know if I am doing something wrong here, but I just can't make the 3CX's emails to display the Display Name I choose on email templates.
I'll share with you images of my configuration and what I am receiving.
Important to mention that I tested that on more than one Phonesystem, both versions 15.5 and 16.
Any help will be appreciated.
