Emergency Extension

Hi there.

We are setting up one Extension as an emergency extension and i would like to know if i call from that extension, is there any possibilities i can set that extension call to override other calls from the queue.

I'm not aware of a "dial code" to go to the front of the line. You'd have to create another Priority Queue.
