Emergency incoming call

Hi there!

I have a request from a customer. Is it possible if there is an emergency incoming call, the caller to be able to speak directly on some phones, through the speaker, instead of just waiting for an answer. The request more specifically the following one: Direct answer on loudspeaker on several defined devices.

So I was thinking of dialing a specific number on IVR for emergency call, like "0" and give that function. But is that possible with 3CX?

Yes that is possible, you could create a Paging Group and simply have a Digital Receptionist/IVR route calls to that Paging Group for a specific selection.
