Hi all,
Sometimes we have a situation in the office that requires a change on the phone system. When this happens we want a method of changing the phone system to use a different IVR which informs clients we are having an issue currently and prompts them to leave a voice mail.

It needs to be able to be done by anyone quickly so either dialling a number or running a script would be the preferable solution.

Anyone have any ideas? We run 3CX on Windows version 10 service pack 1.1

Thanks!

Enact the emergency dial code. Put a value into the otherwise empty box.
We use **9.. meaning **90 will set back to defaults, **91 will set to the standard "in-office" rules, and **92 will set to that emergency dial extension.. tune as you see fit for the behavior.

Figuring out <code>0 took a bit of work to nail down.. our after-hours rules were not triggering after our office closed..
