Emergency Services Address (ESA) for remote workers

Hi All

We have a client that does not have an office and all users work from home.

The problem I have is with the assignment of ESA. I can assign an address to each of their DDI but the problem is the Outbound Caller ID is the COmpanies Main number so the users DDI number is not shown on outbound calls.

Has anyone got an idea on how we can setup 3CX v16 to display the DDI number only in the event that 999 is dialled. This seems like a pretty straightforward feature that is missing.

Per extension emergency DID is something that has been asked for years and it's not available yet. There's a couple ways to hack it but they are an administrative nightmare.

Thanks for update.

Is there any chance you could supply these hacks for me to take a look a look at.

I can not beloieve this still has not been sorted seeing as this is a legal requirement in the UK
