Empty Global Blacklist

Hi everybody,

Since some days, my ip blacklist is empty.
I use the global 3cx blacklist but no ip are in the blacklist security parameters section.
I try to restart the server, to uncheck and recheck the global 3cx blacklist function, but nothing, always empty.
I'm on the v16.0.3.676 3cx version.

Where i can find the global 3cx blacklist to import it manually please ?

Can someone help me please ?

Hi Greg,

The global blacklist (enabled from the security settings page) will not populate your custom IP Blacklist page.

So while you remain protected from IPs that exist in the Global Blacklist, its normal to have the IP Blacklist page appear empty.

i didn't known this specification for the ip blacklist, good to ear this
To resume, global blacklist is always active (if checked) but IPs are not visible in the custom IP blacklist section, right ?

Yes this is correct. It works in the background and updates automatically
