Enable google drive if you have G Suite aka Google Workspace

If you want to keep using Google Drive as your backup destination but you get blocked with the error

Sign in with Google temporarily disabled for this app
This app has not yet been verified by Google in order to use Google Sign in.

The workaround is to login as your g suite admin
Go to Security -> App Access control

Click on Manage Third-party app access
Configure a new app using OAuth App Name or Client ID
Paste in the client id for 3cx (you can see it in the initial URL as client_id= before it redirected you to the temporarily disabled for this app screen)

Then you must choose the trust level.

Once added wait about 2-5 minutes and the next attempt should work instead of going to the "temporarily disabled" page.

So Google Drive support was dropped since v16 v4 and I don't know that the switch from G Suite to Workspace changes any of that since it was due to the API policy which I imagine hasn't changed.

I am obviously not submitting this as an official support request or enhancement suggestion. Getting Google to change their minds on something is obviously not likely no matter what they brand things.

Just pointing out that a valid workaround exists for anyone who wants to continue using the Google Drive method and are connecting to a G-Suite account.

Support in the sense that they will guarantee it works and help you fix it when it breaks was dropped.
The feature has not been removed at this point even after v16 release 4 so it's still possible to use this but you will be without the benefit of paying for help from 3cx if you are not clever enough to figure it out.
