Is there any documentation for the Enable Open Contact URL part of the webclient? I have been unable to find anything about it
Id like to hear about peoples experiences using it, and perhaps some advice on how you got it to work for you.
I'm a salesforce user (classic and lightning), so I am interested to see what can be done as a type of alternative integration using url hacking for salesforce.
