ENDING CALL BEEP on MS 3CX 20 APP

Hi,

I have two question about this ;
Is it possible to disable or change the ending song of call ?
Why when my user end the call first, they don't have this song for confirmation of the end of the call ?

BTW this song is only on the MS 3CX 20 app, not on the PWA even if the exterior end the call first.
