Solved ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Hey guys,

I've just re-installed 3cx on AWS, but getting the following message when trying to access it: ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

This site can’t be reached​

mydomain took too long to respond.

Any suggestions?

@modem7 as I can see there is no issue with your FQDN and the ip address where it resolves to. Open browser with https://public_ip of your machine.
Does this work at your side ? On ours it does.
If so, clear your local DNS cache of your machine or your local DNS server if you have.
