Error 487 Request Terminated/INVITE from 127.0.0.1:5483

I am hosting 3cx on digital ocean and using Did Logic to sip trunking and 3cx softphone. Outbound calls work ok. but I have a problem with inbound calls.

With inbound calls, it rings once, and then silence. The softphone registers a missing call. below are the verbose logs. Any ideas?

Looking at the log entries in your description, the call is CANCELed by 157.230.96.24
This is shown in the following line:

This is the IP that the registrar (sip.de.didlogic.net) resolves to so you will need to check this with DID logic.

does bold sentence mean computers Network cards (Lan issue) ?

The entries you see do not indicate an issue necessarily.
You can see such entries when a call comes into a queue or ringgroup and is answered by an extension. These entries will appear for the rest of the extensions because the call that was ringing on each extension stopped (since it was answered).
